Healthy No Bake Nibbles To Go With Your Tea Tipples
Ingredients:
64g of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup of fat free milk
128g of oats
96g of low fat peanut butter
1 tsp of vanilla
96g of sugar
2 tbsp of light butter
cocoa powder for dusting
1. Mix the butter, milk, sugar and cocoa powder together and boil for 2 minutes.
2. Take the mixture of the heat and add the oats, peanut butter and vanilla.
3. Simply roll into balls and pop in the fridge to cool preferably overnight.
4. As a finishing touch roll the balls in cocoa powder and eat.
