Spiked Christmas Lemony tea

For a festive punch with a citrus kick follow this easy recipe...enjoy on Christmas day
..or any day really.


Ingredients:

Fresh spearmint
1/2 cup of sugar
250ml cup of orange juice
250ml cup of lemon juice
2 teabags filled with 'drink me' lemony tea
sliced lemon to garnish
230ml of vodka (for the spiked part)

Heat 1.5 litres of water to the mint and bring to the boil, add the lemony tea bags and allow to flavour for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the mint and the bags and add the sugar and juices, once it has cooled add the vodka and pop in the fridge. Once chilled serve with a garnish of sliced lemon over ice.
